The International Trade Center launched the SheTradesInitiative platform to connect women-led businesses to economic opportunities. The platform has already linked over 41,000 users from around the world to network, build skills and pursue entrepreneurship opportunities. It includes a MenEngage component where men reflect on biased social norms and constructs and explore tools to become gender champions in the workplace and beyond
